I led this walk with 5 of us having met at the Shed & started walking around 8.05AM. It was planned as a social walk thus we didn’t have a definitive planned route nor a time schedule, except to keep it local and finish well before lunch which we achieved easily.

We then through Flynn & then down through Charnwood stopping at the shops for Coffee and thick shakes at Maccas at Charnwood. It was undergoing renovations so wasn’t very nice. Lots of construction noise. We then walked back though some nice little paths in Flynn.

With mild cloudy weather it was pleasant walking.

It was an Easy walk of 6.2km, taking 2hrs 10 mins incl breaks.

Walkers:  Walkers: Bob Salmond, Drew McDonald, John Edge, Steve Mawer, Greg Hutchison
