I led this walk with 9 walking. We all met at the Shed by 8AM & from 8.04AM we walked down & across Kingsford Smith Drive, then through Flynn, past the old primary School then up along a path, then west & under Tillyard Drive. We then took a nice path down through the middle of Charnwood until we reached Woolies at Charwood from where we walked though the main carpark to have coffee at Maccas.
We seemed to spend most of the time teaching Bob how to download an app to enable him to register with the Maccas QR Code system. We all had coffees except Bob who had a shake & Drew who had the seniors toasted sandwich & small coffee for $3. Grrrh!
We then crossed Tillyard Drive again & wound our way though the south end of Flynn & back to the Shed car park by 9.57AM.
It was a Easy Social Walk of 5.7km taking 1hr 53m incl the break.
