Tulip Top Gardens are unique private gardens located just off the Federal Highway (M23) at Sutton just north of Canberra.  They charge $16 for adults, or $15 for seniors but with their 10 acres of gardens in a secluded hidden valley are well worth visiting. It is only open for 1 month every Sep-Oct in synchronicity with Floriade in Canberra. It is a lovely site in small valley and they have a great mixture of flowering trees providing lots of shade plus numerous flower beds with a great variety of tulips, pansies and other flowers. They have music playing and have several tents offering food and drinks.

We wandered around and had our free sausage sandwiches that came with our entry but purchased some soft drinks rather then having free basic coffee. They service normal food if required and also have a specialised pancake tent if one is so inclined. Many bought their own food and had a picnic in the grounds. A country & western trio played from a small tent.

So if interested enjoy the pictures in Google Photos
